Several theories of motivation are described in the book: Maslow's Hierarchy of Needs theory, Frederick Herzberg's Twofactor theory, Vroom's Expectancy theory and Equity theory. There are other theories as well; such as, Job Enrichment, Job Sharing, Job Enlargement, Flextime, and Telecommuting. In your opinion, which one(s) works best in the workplace?
