You have been assigned to find out three (3) common reasons of their stress and come up with three (3) suitable activities that the human resource department can organise to support the staff members.

In your proposal to the head of human resource department,

-suggest three (3) suitable activities which could be organised to support the staff members;

-provide details of the activities (such as cost, time needed, justification of its suitability,
