Using the Milne Manufacturing and Design Ltd case study you will need to make an Executive Summary for the organisation's management team. The purpose of the Executive Summary is to provide recommendation(s) for supporting the operational efficiency and effectiveness of the organisation.

Along with recommendations suitable for management, the Executive Summary will need to contain the following information:

1. To identify the key roles and practices within an organisation considering operation, HR, Marketing/Sales and accounting practices from an operational basis.

2. List in order of importance and explain the organisations key stakeholders (internal and external).

3. Describe the needs/wants/demands of these stakeholders and how problem solving techniques/concepts could be applied to minimise future risk; maintaining business relationships.

4. Identify the current and future risks to which the business entity is exposed (use a SWOT and PESTEL analysis for recommendations).

5. What collaborative partnerships the management team should consider important and what need to be developed further based on accounting, HR, operations and marketing/sales requirements for future effective performance.
