Executive leadership at a mid-sized Winnipeg-based hospital has seen a gradual trend of increased turnover and absenteeism, along with more frequent and severe complaints made by patients towards staff. Other issues identified by leadership includes decreased staff morale, lowered physician satisfaction, and ongoing concerns with leadership's effectiveness. Despite increased wages from the applicable collective agreements, these trends have continued. Executive leadership has invited you to speak with them about contracting with the hospital to help resolve these issues.

Challenge: Identifying the root cause creating poor morale, turnover, and attendance issues. What intervention actions will you recommend improving the situation.
