  1. Form groups of two people.
  2. Include an exit interview script for a typical organization using general language. Your script is a questionnaire consisting of five exit interview questions.
  3. With the questionnaire, provide a short four to eight step procedure for executing an exit interview. Include how and when to set up the interview and follow up steps to the meeting. Include in your final step or two what the human resource person is to do with the information within the exit interview.
