Q 1: You are hired as a consultant to address an organization that is facing a wave of retirements. Some of these employees hold key positions in the organization. To make matters worse many of the lower level employees are leaving because of a lack of promotional opportunities. Finally, the organization has a poorly executed performance management program. Employees either do not receive ratings or the ratings are inflated.

What HR intervention or interventions might you recommend to address this scenario? Why would your recommendations be effective.
