Question

Spencer is a 57-year-old brought to the operating room today with right upper and left upper eyelid dermatochalasis with excessive skin weighting down each eyelid. The patient is placed in the supine position and IV anesthesia was administered. The excess and redundant skin of the right upper eyelid was marked and excised and the same procedure was completed on the left upper eyelid. The eyelid incisions were closed with prolene sutures and the patient was transferred to the recovery room. What CPT code(s) and modifier(s) would the coder assign?
