The purpose of this assignment is to explore the various HR Metrics we can use to determine if our Recruitment and Selection processes are working to support the organization. Metrics help HR to determine if there is a need for further evaluation and improvement to the processes. Are we hiring the right employees etc.

After reviewing the 51 HR Metrics document fill out the following information:

1. List 6 examples of specific recruitment and selection metrics.

2. Choose two of those and tell me more. Define what the metric is. Why would you use this metric: meaning what is it telling you? What adjustments if any, would you make to the recruitment and selection process based on this data.
