Describe the difference in how two individuals in your future profession would do their work: one person places more value on the mind and less value on the body and the other person places less value on the mind and more value on the body. Is one approach better than the other?

2. A holistic approach involves getting to know one's patients/clients in order to address the whole person. How might a holistic approach be detrimental to one's professional practice?

3. Built playgrounds for children could be perceived as forcing children to play certain activities; activities that are conducive with the facilities and equipment. Would children benefit more by ?nding playgrounds that are appropriate for their interest and developmental level? Provide support for your answer.

4. Examples of questionable ethics can be found in organized sports. If organized sports have questionable ethics, is it ethical for society to perpetuate organized sports?

5. Recruiting violations of college athletes occur fairly frequently. If the NCAA wanted to eliminate recruiting scandals from intercollegiate athletics, which moral calluses would need to be addressed, who possesses those calluses, and how could those calluses be "softened?"
