Physical inactivity, dietary restrictions, and medication use are other examples of behaviors that can lead to obesity. This condition can also result in various medical issues. High blood pressure and stroke are some of the main causes of heart disease and stroke. Other conditions such as cancer and gallstones can also affect an individual's health. Breathing problems can be caused by various disorders, such as sleep apnea. People suffering from mental illness, such as anxiety and depression, may additionally experience physical issues.
