This is about mass extinctions. Perform online research to read about what may have caused mass extinctions throughout Earth's history. Summarize the extinction below (and cite them). Also discuss specific examples of animals that have gone extinct in the past. Be sure to include what the animal was like, its habitat, and how long ago it lived on earth. (Hint: I am not looking to discuss an animal that became extinct within the last 100 years. I am looking for something that is much older. Remember the earth is 4.5 billion of years old.)
