Your friend was a serious athlete and now must retire due to an injury. They decide to start a gym, and since they know that you are studying at MacEwan University and asks for your support in setting up the HR parts of the new gym. They tend to be impatient with a lot of rules and they like things to happen quickly. For this reason, you must provide good reasons for them to adopt your recommendations.

To save money, your friend buys cleaning products in large containers and then pours them into spray bottles. You recommend that the spray bottles be labelled and stored in a cupboard. Also, rubber gloves should be provided, and instructions on what to do if these products get in someone's eyes. You friend replies that an employee would have to be very careless to mix up these products
