An example of a conflict of the interprofessional team would be during the clinical setting (internship) of the nursing students and with their clinical preceptor (C.I). They had a conflict regarding the new technique that the C.I.s presented during the clinical internship of the nursing students. Nursing students were confused and had a little argument because the technique that the preceptor was presenting was totally different from what the nursing students learned in school, This was for a nursing care plan. However, The situation was resolved at the end of the discussion and the nursing students opened up to their perceptions of the things that their professors taught them in school. The preceptors acknowledge the students being opened and discussed with the nursing students that they can use the old technique that their professors taught them and at the same time use the new technique (clinical settings).
