1-In your own words, paraphrase Rawls's and Smith's arguments for and against the idea that we have a prima facie moral obligation to obey the law.

2-Give your own argument for one of the following conclusions:

a. We have a prima facie moral obligation to obey the law.

b. We do not have a prima facie moral obligation to obey the law.

In either case, your argument should be novel (i.e. not already presented in the readings). I'm not expecting you to revolutionize philosophy, but you should provide your own thinking on the matter.
