Would a bonus provided for working really hard during the year be an example of a reinforcer? As the bonus is provided at the end of the year and not right after the observed behaviour. If it is would the primary reinforcer here be the money recieved that can be used to buy primary reinforcers (like food) and the secondary reinforcer be the bonus?
