Topic: doing business with indigineous communities inside Canada.

Example: An example of a company in Canada doing business with an indigenous community is the De Beers diamond company. The company has been working with the Natives of Canada's Northwest Territories for over 30 years, and has had both successes and failures in this venture.

That is the example I want to use to demonstrate the benefits/oppurtunities along with the problems that arise when a company and indigineous community do work together. Can you please elaborate on that and the situation between 'Da beers' diamond company. How has the business relationship worked. What barriers did they have to overcome. Were both sides happy?
