3. Who do you know in your life that will sincerely and consistently support you with the beneficial lifestyle changes that you will be making? How will they support you? Wha tcan you ask them to do to support you?
4. What is your present level of stress (psychological, physical, workplace etc.)? Identify how stressed you feel on a level from 0 = being not stressed at all, to 10 = being completely overwhelmed and consumed with stress.
5. Identify 1 of the biggest stressors in your life right now (if not right now, think about within the last year). For the stressor:
