The company, through its subsidiaries, offers unsecured guarantor loans that allows borrowers to rebuild their credit scores, along with products without fees, hidden charges, and redemption penalties. Amigo Holdings serves customers in the United Kingdom. Its products are sold in over 120 countries. It is listed on the London Stock Exchange and is a constituent of the Index. As part of their extending plans for 2021-22, the company decided to have a presence in Oman.

You are a Legal Trainee working for Barristers & Solicitors Legal Firm. As a part of your training, you are expected to advise Amigo Holdings PLC on how to proceed with their plan. Your advice should also explain how Amigo Holdings PLC can finance and manage their proposed business.
