Students will be expected to review the board range of the change models that are available to an executive who wishes to make change to an organization. working in teams student will be asked to examine organizations over the past century and pick out three global companies which had a major changes in their operations , but subsequently failed. Each team will break down the failure of management according to the selected change model (such as kurt lewin three phase model ) and seek to analyze the antecedents and consequences of the failure . students will receive two scores based on :

Score 1: The comprehensiveness of the analysis, which will partly be determined by the number of factors used validate the conclusions, the quality of the variables deployed in the investigation and the justification for the utilization of these variables and

Score B: The ability to recognize the factors that go into effective strategic leadership particularly in a global environment.
