You are the owner of Quality Health, Inc., a consulting company that specializes in helping healthcare organizations with their quality initiatives and quality improvement programs. You have been contacted by a local healthcare facility, First United Hospital, to help establish a quality improvement program. First United Hospital is a 400-bed acute care facility that employs over 450 physicians that practice in the areas of emergency medicine, cardiology, women and childbirth care, pediatrics, oncology, and more.

Before you begin your work on establishing the quality improvement program, you would like to meet with the hospital's current quality manager, the chief executive officer (CEO), chief financial officer (CFO), chief medical officer (CMO), and the risk manager.
