Question: Dr. Hafez hypothesized that consuming protein at night improves sleeping quality. To examine her hypothesis, she recruited 12 participants for a two-session experiment. In the first session, P1-P6 were given a scoop of powder with 0g of protein, while P7-P12 were given a similar powder with 30g of protein. In the second session (one month later), P1-P6 were given a scoop of powder with 30g of protein, while P7-P12 were given a similar powder with 0g of protein. At the end of each session, each participant was asked to rate the quality of their sleep on a 1-7 Likert scale.
