ANALYZING A POSITIVE LEARNING ENVIRONMENT

1. Select and research 2 sources that share strategies for developing and leading a positive learning environment. In 200-250 words, share a few of those strategies and describe how they can be implemented in an educational setting.

2. Next, in 150-200 words, identify any drawbacks to this environment. Is it suitable for all learners? Is it intended to be specific to only some learners? Do you see this environment evolving into something different?

3. Finally, in 150-200 words, how can you share your positive learning environment successes with your colleagues? How will you manage a success that is not well received? How can you regroup if your attempted environment fails? How will you measure what's a success and what's not?
