What are the harmful effects of the operations of this industry?
Are harmful behaviors standard practice in this industry or organization? If so, what incentives are driving people to commit these harmful acts?
Often, incentive analysis is a sort of cost-benefit analysis. Does this apply to your industry? What are the costs of these harmful acts? What are the benefits? How could this balance be shifted?
