Evolution theory of the development of humankind does not directly include an ability to make art work. It explains the development of its organs as well as its key activities with the passage of time. In this , we generally find the development of human race, culture, behavior etc.

Evolutionary theory explains the development of man from animal. As per Darwin, if the living organs are not supporting to the external environment, it is going to be exit from the nature. There are many examples given by Charles Darwin. Now, it says that, every human being have some innovative and creative thoughts, but based on the climate, conditions, desire and altruistic environment made them to achieve them.

It does not mean that the people who have innovative thoughts and abilities are going to become artists, but it may expose in some other form. some may become artists like painters, acters and actress, some may become as writers, some may as become musicians, some may become as players, some may becomes as scientists and so on.

Potentiality is different thing but it is not so that every human being will choose to be an artist. Every human being have some creativity and innovation but they choose as per their need , atomoshphere and intrest. Creativity helps in making artistic theme better for only those who utilize it to make great art work.
