"Strategic Management in a South African firm: evidence of applied theory and best practice."

Conduct a critical analysis whereby you present the case of a South African corporate enterprise at present, within the South African context. Explain how this company has applied theory, previous research and best practice of Strategic Management, during the COVID-19 pandemic.

Make recommendations for future strategic directions for the firm of your choice. Also make product and service recommendations for this firm based on Strategic Management theory and practice and on an analysis of the South African and global strategic context. Use the structure of the Strategic Management Framework (page 34 of Louw and Venter (2013) as the structure of your written assignment.
