Question

Evidence based practice plays a significant role when its comes to quality nursing outcomes, by ensuring that the best care is provided based upon the best available evidence. As a result patients are provided more effective and safer interventions (Salesman, 2023). In reference to the week five written assignment, I focused on providing non-pharmacological interventions to geriatric patients with dementia related psychosis. This assignment allowed me to explore and highlight proven effective, evidence-based interventions that I'd be able to and have already implemented in my current clinical setting.
