A study of computer-assisted learning examined learning of "Blissymbols" by children. Blissymbols are pictographs (think of Egyptian hieroglyphs) which are sometimes uitlized to help learning-impaired children communicate. Researcher designed two computer lessons which taught same content using same examples.
