The question I'd like to ask...
From the module and from this TED talk, the important message appears to be that having close, emotional, interdependent ties with others is a critical piece in keeping us safe from addictions.
You've taken this class, gone through the modules, hopefully learned some things ...in a paragraph, what is one behaviour you could change right now in your own life to bring about better connections with the people around you?
To the best of your ability, talk about those changes in behavioural terms.
