Description - The paper for this course will be a philosophy of leadership paper. The focus of this paper is for you to develop your own philosophy of leadership approaches based on the contents of this course. A philosophy of leadership is your beliefs on the leadership approaches that connect with you and your work, that make the most sense for successful leadership in your profession/field, and will enable you to display successful leadership practices.

Particular attention in your philosophy should be given to the approaches that we learned about in this course and how they can applied in the real world, within your overall philosophy of leadership. Aspects of various leadership approaches and theories from this course should be used and referenced in the development of your own philosophy. Your philosophy of leadership should include how:

1) The types of leadership approaches connect most with you and your leadership style.

2) The types of organizations that you work in or with and why these lead styles make sense in these organizations.

3) Ways in which you can use your favorite leadership approaches in your current or future work.

4) Ways in which you can grow your skills to make them even stronger.

5) Potential issues you will face with these approaches in your current or future work.
