Question

When looking at recruitment sources that are the best to use to find pilots, we need to use websites, job fairs, and employment agencies. Using websites will allow the company to be able to find anyone around the world to be able to work for Southwest Airlines. There need to be at least three methods when it comes to training the pilots, and it needs to be based on learning and development of new outcomes, what the cost of training and development will be, what the effectiveness of training and development, and mostly, what the risks will be. There should be an evaluation of the standard performance management for the system. We need to ensure that the pilots' performance management is up to date and needs to consider strategic congruence, validity, reliability, acceptability, and specificity. We must evaluate the standard methods to minimize the turnover rate every few months.
