Assessment and evaluation encompasses many aspects of the program. However, it falls into three separate categories, Each of these categories is necessary for the success of the program. For this paper, you will need to describe the policies and procedures that your program will follow in conducting a Child Evaluation, Staff Evaluation and Program Evaluation. Some areas to consider are listed below. The format of each of these components is up to you However, they must reflect the information in your Policies and Procedures Manual.

What is the process for data collection?

What is the follow-up with regards to that information? (what is done as a result).
