PART 1 : Evaluating Yourself and Your Group

Use full sentences to answer each of the following questions based on your recent group experience 

1. What was the BEST part/your favorite part of working in a group? What did you like about it? Give an example
2. What part of working in a group was the HARDEST or your least favorite part ?  What didn't you like about it. Give an example.
3. What was your biggest strength while working as a group?  Use 1 or 2 examples in your answer.
4. What was your biggest weakness while working in a group? Use 1 or 2 examples in your answer.

PART 2  : REVISING YOUR PLAN

Every group will have different challenges.  Some will have personality conflicts, some will have communication problems, some will have different goals and abilities.  Use full sentences to answer each of the following questions based on your recent group experience 

1. Think about your biggest weakness, listed above.  Which of the 7 Job Skills of the Future (You cannot choose the one you did your presentation on) do you think you need to improve on to get better at working with others? AND what is one specific thing you can do NEXT TERM to improve? 
2. Based on what you think is your biggest strength, how can you use your strength to help your future group meet its goal? (be specific, describe at least 2 strategies you can try to help others in your next group.  HOW will it will help). Citing the text or other research will support your opinion but is not mandatory
