When evaluating the performances of different careers, here are different evaluations that could be implemented in these particular careers:

  • Sales Representative- since sales representatives work one-on-one with customers, using customer evaluation and self-evaluation would be a great source.
  • TV Reporter-Peer evaluation and customer evaluation would work great because reporters are evaluated on the viewers and how their peers see them.
  • Director of Nursing in a Hospital-Subordinate evaluation helps the Director receive feedback from their subordinates. The Director works hand to hand with the patients and other medical staff.
  • HR Manager-Subordinate evaluation will help the manager receive feedback. HR managers coordinate several functions on how an organization has contended.
  • Air traffic controller-Team evaluations would benefit in this job. The air traffic controller is evaluated on the number of errors or lack of errors while overseeing the aircraft.
