The company you are working for is considering and investing in an existing building part of the company's facilities. You have been askedto produce a technical presentation for the board assessing evaluation for the possible improvements of the performance site staff for this construction project (you should use the same project you have used in the assignment 1).
The report should include:

Evaluating and improving the performance of site staff
- Describe the methods for evaluating the performance of team members.
- Recommend training and development strategies to improve performance.
- Evaluate the relationship between equality and diversity and performance management in the construction industry
- Analyse the relationship between performance management and health & safety legislation.
