Problem: The necessity to raise public awareness and educate people about organ donation was highlighted as one of the most intriguing marketing-related issues after evaluating the Mid-America Transplant 2021 organization.

Scenario: The new director of marketing for Mid-America Transplant 2021 must be willing and able to take on multiple projects at once. Moving on from the important marketing research project under development, they have a new task assigned by the chief executive officer (CEO) of the company. As part of a public relations initiative, the marketing director will present a research study at an upcoming conference. This is the time to shine.
