What behavioral indicators and/or transfer skills best determine if employees for a non-profit company trained by Human Resources on incorporating team-based learning and role-play provide constructive tools to the employees to decrease any accruements that may increase their reduction of both individual and team morale. The employees were required to submit a 360 feedback survey that asks questions regarding leadership, work, and the value of their output in terms of individual development. What can I use to determine whether employees are transferring the training to the job?
