A practice issue that is common during nursing practice is medication error. There are several components involved in medication error, and different stages in which it can occur. The initial phase is the prescribe of the medication, the transcribing which is done by the nurses, the dispensing of the medication, administering, and finally evaluating and motoring the patients for the therapeutic effect, and also the side effects.
