The adoption of new information systems and technologies during Covid-19 has become a reality to majority of Businesses. Alpha and Omega Inc has also caught onto the trend and implemented a new system called 'System X'. It intends on assisting workers who are still working from home and, input mechanisms in the event of the much talked about 'third wave'. These new systems are intended to streamline activity and ensure a more digital process. You have been tasked to find out how the staff of Alpha and Omega Inc. feel about 'System X' being implemented. There are 250 employees within the company, and only 230 of them are affected by the implementation of 'System X': including sales representatives; consultants; administrators; management.
