Questions: Evaluating a marketing efforts and a marketing budget for the first year of business for a coffee roasting business.

1. For the marketing budget, use a template of your choice. the numbers should include costs for the first year. The marketing budget lays out for the executive team and/or investors how you plan to pay for your marketing activities.

2. For the evaluation plan and schedule, use the KPIs and targets and briefly describe them and then discuss 1) which channel analytics you will focus on and why these are most important. Then develop a schedule for one month that indicates review milestones for each channel. Your evaluation component allows you to analyze the return on investment (ROI) of the money you are spending based on the analytics of each channel.
