Explain, in detail, two existing psychological theories (selected from the list provided above) that you could use to inform the way you conduct your consultation practice. Be sure to provide appropriate citations.
Evaluate the theories based on both their usefulness and basis in evidence, identifying the differences and similarities between them. Be sure to cite peer-reviewed journal articles in support of each theory. Include enough detail to give an in-depth analysis of each theory. Include your critique of both the strengths and limitations of each theory, both in general and as it specifically relates to this specific case study.
