Evaluate your mentees on their progress and growth

Question: As a technology coach, you will need to periodically evaluate your mentees on their progress and growth throughout the various coaching and observation cycles. Throughout this course you have had the opportunity to creating a coaching plan for your mentee or a teacher from one of the "Mentee Scenarios" provided in Topic 3. The next step in the coaching process is to evaluate the progress of your mentee to see if their goals are being met, and to ensure that they are given appropriate opportunities to grow as a technology coach.

Using the topic Resources and your own additional research, creating a digital questionnaire to evaluate your mentee. Questions should focus on how your mentee performed throughout the coaching process. Your evaluation should contain questions on a Likert scale and open-ended questions. Focusing on the following when creating your questions, but feel free to include additional topics:

Use of technology, including the clarity of directions and effectiveness of instruction
Coachability and implementation of coaching suggestions
Growth and progress over the course of the coaching sessions
Areas of strength
Areas needing growth
Suggestions for future coaching sessions
