Establish, implement, maintain and evaluate one work health and safety management system for a work area of an organisation.

Evaluate it to determine whether it complies with health and safety laws, and organisational policies and procedures.

Establish, implement, maintain and evaluate effective and compliant consultative arrangements and:

  • identify duty holders
  • identify required resources
  • develop and implement a training program
  • establish, implement, maintain and evaluate procedures for effectively identifying hazards, and assessing and controlling risks using the hierarchy of control measures

You may write this report from the perspective of the WHS Manager, recommending a change to the WHSMS. You should address the key points above in your report to management
