A (massless) rope is wrapped around a wheel of radius R= 2 meters. The wheel is mounted with a frictionless bearing on the center axle through the center. A block of mass 10kg is suspended from the end of the rope. when the system is resleased the block drops 7 meters in 2 seconds. What is the moment of interia of the wheel?
