Though organizational change is an ongoing process in a global economy, not all organizations readily adapt to change. Offer examples of ways leaders could evaluate their organization's readiness for change.

What tools are available for leaders to evaluate organizational readiness for change. How might you employ those tools in your organization to determine if the organization is ready to engage in the change process?

Change implementation varies from one organization to another. Propose how leaders might manage tactical and strategic interventions for the implementation of organizational and systemic change.

Change within an organization affects everyone and everything in the organization. Provide examples of the ways change within an organization affects individuals, the culture, the financial status, and corporate concerns of the organization? As a leader, what might you do to lessen the possible "shock" of change upon these organizational components?

Leaders are responsible for creating and maintaining learning within their organization. What organizational structures comprise a learning organization? What role should leaders play in creating a learning organization and how might they lead their organization toward becoming a learning organization?

For organizations to prosper globally necessitates the ability to embrace continual change through continual learning. Offer examples of the ways leaders might evaluate the sustainability of their organization to function as a learning organization.

Evaluate what comes first the organizational change or change in people within the organization? Why? Is there a connection between the organizational change and change in people? Explain.

Groups and Individuals can react differently to organizational change. Evaluate the reasons why people resistance to change. Based on your literature review address one of the reasons why people resist to change. Evaluate how you as a leader will address/overcome this challenge, using change theories you learn in this course, formulate specific tactic to overcome selected reason to resist change (support your assertion with scholarly research).

There are three methods to evaluate interventional process: quantitative, qualitative, and mixed. Briefly describe each method and discuss strengths and weaknesses of each method. How can the data gathered using each method be harnessed to support the timing of change initiatives? Explain.

To create the essence of the organizational change leaders should be transparent, balanced, and focused. Which of the models of change and intervention is most effective at balancing interests, ideas, and other relevant data when implementing change? Why?

For change to be effective, the foundational vision of the leader must be effectively crafted. When crafting a vision, what is the most significant aspect the leader must consider for the vision to be effective? Why?

Leaders face many difficult ethical choices as they develop and implement their strategic change initiatives. Many of these ethical challenges are ethical dilemmas that result from competing stakeholder rights such as employees versus shareholders, not issues of unethical behavior. What is the one ethical dilemma that concerns you the most as a leader preparing to implement a strategic change initiative? Why? How might you address this dilemma? Why would you select this approach?

Human beings have desires for change and adventure on the one hand and stability and safety on the other hand. How would you as a leader most effectively address both of these needs in organizations that invoke a model of continuous change?

How do the theoretical framework, need for the study, problem statement, and purpose statement align with one another in a dissertation? Why is this important to the dissertation?
