Is the Euro fair? Soon after Euro was introduced as currency in Europe, it was broadly reported that someone had spun Euro coin 250 times and gotten heads 140 times. We want to test the hypothesis about fairness of spinning the coin.

a) Evaluate the true proportion of heads. Use 95% confidence interval. Do not forget to check conditions first.
b) Does confidence interval give evidence that coin is unfair when spun? Describe.
c) Determine the significance level of this test? Describe.
