Calculate the vitamin C content of a green pepper (mg vitamin C/g green pepper) if 19 grams of green pepper was extracted into a total extract volume of 54 mLs. Then 5.00 mL of the extract was titrated to the endpoint with 16 mLs of N-bromosuccinimide(NBS). Each mL of NBS corresponds to 0.25 mg of vitamin C. Write your answer in scientific notation with the correct number of significant figures but do not use units in your answer. For example, 2.50 X 10-3 would be 2.50E-3.
