Your peers in top management have asked you if they should look only at internal candidates who are parent (a/k/a headquarters) country nationals (PCNs) or recruit host country (local) nationals (HCNs); or do a combination of internal transfers and outside local country hiring. Also, they want to know what the salary budget differences would be. Conduct academic research on international salary comparisons between US and India salaries.
