b) From the perspectives of the owners of the process and its intended customers, identify and describe the competitive priorities for this operations process.
c) Identify which priorities aren't delivering value for the operation and, if not, what performance gaps exist in them.
d) Identify where performance gaps exist in your operations process by employing the Gap Model.
e) Analyze how the current process is working. As you describe and explain the process, you should use whatever techniques and concepts you believe are most effective, such as process maps, fishbone diagrams, etc.
f) Identify some suitable performance measures to evaluate the success or effectiveness of the operations process.
g) Utilize these measures to: i. Understand what the process should accomplish and what it does regarding the gaps you identified in Stage 1. ii. Provide a detailed description of how the current processes are working.
