In this module, we will analyze and evaluate the sub-categories within Trait Delinquency Theory. We will narrow it down and focus on theories contained within the sub-categories of biosocial and psychological traits.

In this assignment, you will identify one theory from each category, biosocial and psychological. Then you will conduct research, to analyze and understand the theory in preparation to apply them to a current event/situation.

Identify two current events occurring between 2014 - 2019, which are related to juvenile delinquency theory. You will summarize the chosen theory and analyze how it may have influenced the delinquency behavior described in the current event. Also consider, could there have been some type of intervention to prevent or limit the impact this theoretical explanation identifies?
