This assignment is meant to help you learn the elements of the transactional communication process and how that process can be applied in a business setting.

Consider a recent scenario you had in a business setting. This could be a situation in which you were the salesperson or the customer.

Create a 500 to 700 words analysis in which you complete the following:

I. Describe the scenario.

II. Evaluate the stage of the buyer-seller relationship.

III. Discuss how the space and physical contact impacted the scenario.

IV. Determine at least 3 characteristics of successful salespeople that were in play and evaluate the characteristic. Characteristics include:

V. Analytical skills and the ability to use information technology
